While kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, there are a host of health benefits that come with it as well. Kickboxing and Boxing are both proven to relieve stress and promote healthy brain function. The type of movement that is associated with this type of work out is proven to help people living with  Parkinson's disease. While Joining any new place or program is difficult here at Emerg Training Center we make joining fun and easy. From the second you walk in the door to the moment you walk out, we make it all about you. We help you with your wraps consistently check on everyone to make sure they are having a great time or need any assistance. We want your journey to be a pleasant and exciting one, we are here to help. Not only will we provide motivational support we will help with nutrition as well.
